5 pounds
It has been 2 weeks and 2 days of no sugar and I have lost 5 pounds. I have done nothing else different. That obviously shows how much sugar I really was eating.
It is still hard and it still makes me sad to think about "my friend" that I have had to stop getting together with but I know that this is what my body needs. I am jealous of all of you out there that can enjoy a relationship with chocolate and not go overboard, I wonder if I can ever get to that point? It will be a loooooong time before I even try.

Way to go Tara! I think I need to do that immediately! Good for you! You have such discipline! So you are doing no sugar at all, not just chocolate?!
