GUM
Well, we had our first experience with gum getting stuck in hair, Kennedy's hair, I am actually surprised it wasn't Mason's. Thankfully, Peanut Butter works wonders. I think she thought it was funny, she was trying not to smile in these pictures and act appropriately upset.

A funny gum story...
My niece came down stairs one day and had a chunk cut out of her hair and apparently had gotten gum stuck in her hair and didn't know what to do so she cut it out. Her Mom told her that they could have gotten it out with peanut butter. So, some time later the same thing happened again, she came down with a chunk of hair missing and her Mom said, I told you we could get it out with peanut butter and my niece started crying and said, but I didn't want peanut butter stuck in my hair. Kids are so funny.

How funny. I love the look on her face! She did a good job of looking upset! Maybe I am dumb, but I didn't know that PB would get the gum out so thanks for the tip! :) Glad she didn't decide to cut the gum out of her hair! It's too pretty!

This is my worst nightmare . . .it has yet to come true, but I know it is bound to happen someday! Is it sad that I would prefer it in hair rather than in my carpet???? I just don't think peanut butter and carpet go well together!

We had an unfortunate gum incident about 2 years ago. My brilliant child Ethan had just watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He decided he was tired of chewing his gum and wanted to save it for later. He tried to put it behind his ear like Violet does on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, only he is a poor judge of where his ear is and the gum landed right on the side of his head. You're probably thinking it was easy to get gum out of a boy's hair, but he had long hair at the time. It really is a good thing we have peanut butter! Luckily he hasn't tried to save his gum for later since.

Funny thing . . . well not so funny actually . . . this moring I went in to the office and gues what was in my carpet? Yes, gum. I am so done, my kids get into my purse and steal it. Little turkeys. I can almost guarentee it was crazy Ava. i guess I am gonna have to find better hiding spots.

Her face is so cute! Ailee is just getting into gum and I'm waiting for the day she comes to me with it in her curly hair! I would die if she chopped off her hair to get it out! I just got a hair cut the other day and Ailee said, "Did somebody cut your hair with sissors???" So, I really need to be careful with sissors now!
